Executive Chef Jonathan C. Harootunian has honed his craft into a veritable culinary art form tailored to fit the needs of the clientele. His background experience lends itself to being head Chef at Meritage Wine Bar and Café, Executive Chef at Vivere as well as the Executive Chef at Courtrights in Willow Springs. He has had the pleasure of cooking all over the United States and in Europe allowing him to gain insight and experience into world cuisine and current trends. His ability to think outside the box truly makes for a wonderful dining experience. After spending 20 years cooking in and around the City of Chicago, Chef Harootunian makes his way back to his local roots by joining the team at the critically acclaimed Amber Café located in Westmont, Illinois as Executive Chef.
